Partnership Agreement Signed
On 3 July 2024, Terabyte Maldives Pvt Ltd officially signed an agreement with the Local Government Authority (LGA) to integrate our Keplar software into the Authority’s human resources operations.
The agreement was executed by Mariyam Zulfa, Chief Executive Officer of the LGA, and our Managing Director, Ahmed Nazim, at the LGA Office in Male', Maldives. This collaboration represents a significant milestone in our journey and a major step forward in the digital transformation of public sector administrative processes in our country.
Enhancing HR Efficiency
Our primary goal with this integration is to elevate the efficiency and accuracy of the LGA's human resources operations. By implementing our Keplar platform, the Authority will streamline its personnel management, payroll processing, and employee data administration. This shift reflects a broader, inspiring movement toward digitizing government services to reduce manual workloads and minimize administrative errors.
Operational Impact
The integration process will involve deploying key modules of our Keplar to manage the LGA’s workforce data. The system is designed to deliver real-time insights into staff's attendance, leave, and payroll management. By automating these routine and time-consuming administrative tasks, we aim to assist LGA redirect its valuable resources toward strategic planning and public service delivery rather than administrative overhead.
